HR Consultancy – Experience and Solutions-Led
I have worked in HR Management for two decades in both the U.K. and Australia in a range of employment sectors. These include Health, Government, Construction, Telecommunications, Social Housing, Local Government, Manufacturing and Engineering. As a result, my background gives me a strong basis on which to deliver great results for your business as an HR consultant.
Furthermore, my skills and strong experience are relevant across these and other sectors. Therefore, this means that I am now well placed to work with you on your short and long-term goals. As a result, I produce business-led solutions in order to address your operational needs, and I offer a sounding board for your strategic aims. Similarly, with a sharp and enquiring mind, I am able to see the bigger picture. I also have a keen eye for detail, and a track record of delivering strong results.
My varied experience has been on both a strategic and operational level. Consequently, I have led organisational change programmes, and I have worked closely with Chief Executives and senior managers. However, I have also retained the ability to forge good relationships with trades unions and employees alike through open and honest communication.
